This was just announced in the final episode of Sengoku Basara Two, which aired on Sunday in Japan.
The first season of this series by Hiroyuki Kobayashi is being distributed by Funimation and will come out in DVD next month.
This is an anime based on the videogame Devil Kings developed by Capcorn, and it is based on the constant battle and power struggles in Feudal Japan by the feudal lords, called Daimyos, historical figures such as Takeda Shingen, Sanada Yukimura, Uesugi Kenshin no Echigo, Azai Nagamasa no Omi, and Tokugawa Ieyasu no Mikawa.
